📰 What's Poppin
At some point Monday night, I turned my ChatGPT voice on, live, and asked it who my audience is.
Not a prompt I typed. I just talked to it.
“Based off all our conversations, everything you know about my brand, tell me who my audience is, their likes, their desires, what they search for. And take your time.”
It came back with: creators and personal brand business owners who want more visibility and consistency without losing their voice. Simple workflows, real examples, proof the AI actually works. And underneath it all, they want their time back.
So I pushed. If I built an offer for these people, what are the top three things I should do? It gave me three. A weekly content sprint. A workshop that makes AI sound like you. A lab that connects your content to your offer.
And Nella, sitting right there, goes “I liked where it was going. But...”

Here’s the part I want you to steal.
She never takes an offer from AI as is. She makes it rate its own suggestion first. On a scale of 1 to 5:
How easy is this for me to execute?
How profitable is it?
And the one nobody thinks about… how much of ME does this require after it’s built?
Because AI will happily hand you an offer that needs you present every single week and call it a good idea.
So I made it rate all three, out loud, on the live. The workshop won. 5 on ease, 4 on profit, 5 on usability. Then Nella pointed out the obvious. Every single one of those was high touch. Every one needed me in the room.
I asked chat about it straight up. Nella doesn’t want me doing the work, but it still has to feed people, and there still have to be moments where they get me. How do we fix that?
And it actually answered. Split it into two lanes.
Lane one: the value gets delivered without me grinding on every piece. Build the method once, the offer carries the teaching, the prompts, the templates, the accountability. A facilitator and the community run the weekly rhythm.
Lane two: people get me at specific moments. One monthly call. Hot seats. A quarterly Lock-In. No daily replies, no reviewing everybody’s work, no new lesson every week.
“You’re supported by the system every day and coached by Nicky at the moments that matter.”
Now, I’m not going to lie. It pulled that straight from the Lions Behavior skill I fed it months ago. It wasn’t inventing. It was reflecting my own system back at me cleaner than I say it. Which is the point of feeding your AI your brand. And Nella flagged it right away: that answer only came out that good because my chat already knows me. If you’re starting closer to scratch, you do the getting-to-know-you part first.
Does your AI know you? Here’s the prompt if it doesn't
🖥️ THE 10-QUESTION SETUP
🔹 Open a fresh chat and talk to it like a person. “Hey, I’m looking to [your goal, launch a digital product, start my community, whatever]. This is what I do: [your niche]. Ask me 10 questions, one at a time, so you can better understand me, my audience, who I’m looking to serve, my business, and the transformation I’m looking to provide. Act as an expert business coach.” Don’t limit what it can ask. Each question should build off your last answer.
🔹 If you want it real granular, give it a coach. Nella dropped a YouTube channel link (Alex Hormozi’s) into one of her chats and had it scrub the whole channel. Now that chat coaches her like him. Pick whoever you’d actually listen to.
🔹 Ask it for the offer. Now that it knows the person, ask for three ways to serve them.
🔹 Make it rate its own answer. 1 to 5 on time to execute, profitability, and how much of you it needs after it’s built. Watch how fast the “best” idea drops once you add that third one.
🔹 Tell it your time budget. This is the granular part. “This is how much time I’m willing to spend after it’s created.” Then make it redo the offer in two lanes: what runs without you, and where you show up.
Sales is the act of selling. Monetization is money coming in. Your AI can help you build the thing. It cannot make you go ask people to buy it.
Email me back: what did your AI say when you asked who your audience is? Copy and paste it. I want to see if it actually knows you.
🌆 AI Alley
Somebody is streaming 24/7 on Kick right now and it's not him.
N3on, the Kick streamer, launched an AI version of himself this week that streams around the clock whenever he's offline. It's built on Higgsfield. When I pulled it up on the live there were 22,000 people watching a fake N3on argue with a road sign. His own chat called him a sellout. His response was basically: it's innovative, if I don't do it another streamer will, and I want to be first to everything.
Now, can I be honest? I'm not mad he did it first. But it's not seamless. You can feel it taking pieces and gluing them together, and streaming is supposed to be the one format where you can't do that. That's the whole reason people rock with lives.
Then I looked at fal.live. It's AI TV where the audience directs it. You pick a channel (wildlife, anime, soap opera, sitcom), you prompt or vote on what happens next, and it generates the next scene in real time. No episode exists before you watch it. Free to watch and vote right now. I watched a penguin channel way longer than I planned to.
The difference between the two is the whole lesson. One replaces the human. The other makes the humans the director.
Which one do you prefer?
