🚏 How To Create A Feedback Loop System

🚏 AI Tools That Will Edit Your Whole Video

and more... lets go!

πŸ“° Corner Newsstand

I just hit over 30K subscribers on YouTube in less than two years, and my latest video got over 40K views because I've been using THIS feedback loop system that NO creator is talking about.

Lets keep it 100: most creators post content and pray it works. They have no system for understanding WHY something performed well or poorly. That's like driving with your eyes closed!

I used to be the same way until I discovered this fire approach using Poppy AI that literally analyzes my content and my analytics to tell me exactly what to improve.

Let me break down how this feedback loop system works:

Why Most Creators Fail at Analytics

Here's the truth - YouTube gives you ALL the data you need, but most people don't know how to interpret it. You feel me?

They look at views and think "good" or "bad" without understanding:

  • Why people clicked (or didn't click)
  • Where people dropped off
  • What kept people watching
  • How to replicate success

was guilty of this too! My Sora video got 61K views but only had 18.3% retention (How long people watched it for). That's horrible...but instead of celebrating the views, I used my feedback loop system to figure out what went wrong.

The Feedback Loop System That Changed Everything

Here's my exact process (screenshot this!):

Step 1: Collect the Data

  • Take screenshots of your video overview
  • Capture your retention graph
  • Screenshot your reach metrics (CTR, impressions)
  • Note any patterns in comments

Step 2: Feed It to AI I use Poppy AI because it can:

  • Watch your actual video
  • Read your analytics
  • Compare performance to your other content
  • Give specific, actionable feedback

Step 3: Get Specific Feedback Instead of generic advice, I get insights like:

  • "Your video is too long for the content - aim for 8-12 minutes"
  • "Sharp drop-off after 30 seconds suggests viewers expected quicker results"
  • "Remove lengthy setup and get to demonstration within first 30 seconds"

Step 4: Implement Changes This is where most people fail - they get feedback but don't act on it!

For my next video, I:

  • Cut the length from 20+ minutes to 9 minutes 35 seconds
  • Started with my best result in the first 10 seconds
  • Removed lengthy explanations and got straight to the point

Step 5: Measure Improvement The results? My retention went from 18.3% to 37.8%! That's more than DOUBLE!

The Questions That Actually Matter

Most creators ask the wrong questions. Here are the RIGHT ones:

For Low Views:

  • Is my thumbnail compelling enough?
  • Does my title create curiosity?

For Low Retention:

  • Does my hook deliver on the title's promise?
  • Where exactly do people drop off and why?
  • Am I changing scenes frequently enough?

For Low Engagement:

  • Am I asking for specific actions?
  • Does my content spark conversation?
  • Am I responding to comments quickly?

This system will get you out of your feelings about your content and make your next moves with data. You can take these same principles with any social media platform to be honest.

However I did a whole part on my live breaking down how I do this :

πŸŒ† AI Alley

I just used AI to edit one of my client's videos and it got 2 MILLION views.

You are sleeping on these AI video editing tools that can literally edit your entrie video with zero editing skills needed. Let me share with you which ones:

1. CapCut (The Hidden Features Nobody Uses)

CapCut has EIGHT AI tools that people never knew about because they never hit the "all tools" section. However here are the 4 hidden features that will edit your video.

Auto Cut & Smart Vlog

  • Pick your favorite pictures and videos
  • AI edits the whole thing for you
  • Smart Vlog adds AI voiceover automatically
  • Choose different styles and you're done!

Scripts to Video & Story Maker Perfect for faceless content creators:

  • Give it a script or let AI generate one
  • Creates the entire video for you
  • Adds visuals, transitions, everything

2. Submagic (More Than Just Captions)

I use this daily for captions, but discovered features that edit entire videos in SECONDS:

  • Magic Zooms that keep viewers engaged
  • Auto B-roll that matches your content
  • Bad Take Removal (goodbye ums and ahs!)
  • Silence Cutting that speeds up your editing

I had a talking head video that normally takes an hour to edit. Submagic did it in minutes with the press of a button. Click here to try Submagic.

3. Captions (The Silent Killer)

Don't let the name fool you - this tool is WAY more than captions:

  • Full Video Editing with style selection
  • Language Translation (put yourself in different languages!)
  • Script-to-Video Creation
  • Voice Cloning capabilities

The quality is so good, I thought it was just for captions until I dove deeper. This is seriously underrated! Click here to try Captions AI

4. Opus Clip (The Content Multiplication Machine)

My personal favorite for repurposing content:

  • Upload ANY video or YouTube link
  • AI finds the best parts automatically
  • Adds captions, B-roll, enhanced speech
  • Reframes for vertical/horizontal formats
  • Bonus: Schedules content to all platforms!

It tells you if your video will perform well based on hook, flow, value, and trend analysis. Plus it can schedule everything out as a social media calendar. Click here to try Opus Clip

So here's my question for you: Which one of these four tools are you going to dive deeper into? Watch my full video breaking down all of them.

ChatGPT Prompts To Make Content

Create your city's skyline in Lego

A vibrant LEGO diorama of New York City, photographed in bright morning light with a shallow depth of field and subtle tilt-shift effect.
β€’ Foreground: bold 3-D β€œNEW YORK” letters built from primary-colored bricks (N and W in blue, E and Y in red, O and R in yellow, K in green). They stand on a green LEGO baseplate bordered by yellow tiles, positioned just above a stone-brick style bridge that spans a realistic blue water canal.
β€’ Mid-ground left: a detailed LEGO Statue of Liberty (sand-green bricks) on a tan pedestal, partially overlapping the letters.
β€’ Mid-ground right: a tan LEGO Brooklyn Bridge arching over the same canal, its suspension cables recreated with brown flex-tubes.
β€’ Background skyline: the Empire State Building (tan), One World Trade Center (light bluish-gray with a darker spire), and a smaller Chrysler Building (tan with silver highlights). All are scaled to feel miniature yet recognizable.
β€’ Environment: manicured LEGO city park with tiled walkways, micro trees in two shades of green, and a few colorful 1Γ—1 flower studs. Soft blue sky with scattered cotton-white clouds.
β€’ Camera & style: macro-lens perspective, aperture f/2.8 look for creamy bokeh; high-resolution, photoreal lighting, no visible human hands, everything in perfect focus on the letters while background gently blurs.
