Can I be transparent?

I've tried dozens of AI tools. But daily? I only use a handful. Main reason is because I do not want to pay a huge subscription bill every single month and I don't want that for you either.

To figure out what AI tools you need, break it down in real life. What exactly do you need? What task or creative process do you need to get done in Q1? And so, for Q1, because AI tools change every single month, it feels like, these are the tools that I'm going to be focusing on, on a daily basis.

WisprFlow: Talk not type

I realized something about myself: I struggle with typing. If I'm relying on typing alone, I can't be as consistent as I want with newsletters, emails, captions, or anything written.

And Apple's native text-to-speech? It sucks. I'm going to be honest with you. WisprFlow is a text-to-speech AI tool that learns how you speak and fixes things as you go. In 2026, I want to get back into writing long-form posts on Substack. The only way I could do that is staying in my strength, and I can speak my thoughts out way clearer than I can type them.

If typing is your bottleneck as well and you like free AI tools click here (even helps on your phone too)

ChatGPT: For brainstorming and encouragement

Once I have my thoughts out, brainstorming goes to ChatGPT.

ChatGPT knows me best. But also, it's a really good encouraging buddy. Now you can use Claude or Gemini. All three of these AI models have free plans.

But when it comes to an initial idea, I'm talking it out, having conversations with ChatGPT because then I can turn it into a quick image right after to see it come to life.

Which AI model are you starting with?

Poppy AI: For serious content workflows

Now, if we're getting to my real serious side of AI (this isn't going to be for everybody) but this is for creators taking content to the next level in 2026.

My intention this year is to create workflows more than ever. And the one tool that's going to allow me to do that is Poppy AI.

I can give it an idea and it creates my written content, newsletters, stories, YouTube scripts, short-form content, images...everything I need.

Plus it actually saved me money from a subscription standpoint because it has all the AI tools built in: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, all of that.

I don't have to transcribe a video and then add it to an AI and train it. I literally copy and paste the reference (the video, the website, an image) and it just works.

Right now I'm working on a workflow that breaks down creators who inspire me, pulls tips from how they do short and long-form video, and helps me write scripts in my own tone.

That's Poppy AI. ⬅️

Higgsfield AI: For all things visual

There's one tool that can do it all from a visual standpoint. THATS THIS ONE!!

I've been using this for a couple months now and when I tell you it's a game changer. Unlimited images, all the video models (Veo 3.1, Sora, Kling, all of them). I'm able to take an idea and put it into Higgsfield to create the whole thing.

A lot of the images I'm doing for Lions Behavior are all being done in Higgsfield. Especially Nano Banana Pro, which everybody's going crazy about. Click here to try

Notion & Notion AI: For being my second brain

Last but not least. One of my favorites, one I truly love: Notion.

Everything I'm doing, everything I'm talking about, all these ideas I put it into Notion.

Now, Notion can be very intimidating sometimes because it's a blank canvas. So I suggest you start with a template. I'll give you one to start off your 2026. Click here

All my ideas go into Notion. They have a feature called AI meetings where I can press start, transcribe my ideas, and then use Notion AI to generate from those ideas. (Paid plan which im proud of paying for)

Honorable Mentions:

Opus Clip: I use this weekly with my lives. Sometimes the first clips aren’t the best, but if you put them together, they make fire clips. It’s all about figuring out the workflow that works for you.

Submagic: They keep adding tools like AI edits, avatars, caption generation, all of that.

Here's what I want you to take from this:

You don't have to use all of them. Within this month, maybe just use one. That could be as simple as using one of the free ones...ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini in their free versions. Meta AI is another one on the come up.

Figure out what you need this month. What's the goal you're trying to accomplish with your content and your business? What AI tool can help you do that?

Don't get caught up in the latest and greatest, because you will have a subscription bill out of the wazoo.

2026 is about being more intentional with the tools you have. Not just having them to have them. Actually executing on what they give you.
