Most creators look at their analytics and have no idea what to do with the data. To an extent I still don't but AI can become your personal content strategist and tell you exactly what to create next.

One of my Lions Behavior members had been posting for 8 months, had decent analytics data, but was still guessing what content to make next. Meanwhile, all the answers were sitting right there in their dashboard.

Then they said something that made me screenshot immediately:

"I know the data is important, but half the time I look at these numbers and don't really know what to do with it."

That's when I realized most creators are collecting data but not converting it into strategy. So let's do that right now:

Framework: The A.N.A.L.Y.Z.E. Method

Here's how to turn AI into your content strategist:

A - Assess Your Current Data
Download your analytics from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok... whatever platforms you're on. Don't just screenshot, get the actual data.

N - Note Your Top Performers
Identify your best-performing content from the last 3 months, not just last week. Look for patterns in topics, formats, and timing.

A - Ask AI the Right Questions
Drop your analytics into ChatGPT (free version) or use ChatGPT Plus with Agent Mode(If you have MacOS use their new browser Atlas). Ask: "What are my best performing pieces of content? Who is my audience? What content pillars should I focus on based on my analytics?"

L - Look for Content Gaps
Have AI analyze what's working for competitors. With Poppy AI (top tier), you can input competitor links and get breakdowns of their successful content.

Y - Year-Round Strategy Planning
Ask AI: "What should be the next videos I should be making in the next couple of months and what content should I be avoiding?"

Z - Zero in on What Works
Stop creating random content. Use AI analysis to focus only on what your data proves works for your audience.

E - Execute Based on Data, Not Feelings
Create your content calendar based on AI recommendations from your actual performance data, not what you think might work.

The Three-Tier Approach:
Free Level: ChatGPT with manual uploads of your analytics screenshots
Mid-Tier: ChatGPT Plus with Agent Mode inside of ChatGPT Atlas- it can browse your analytics directly
Top-Tier: Poppy AI - analyzes your content AND your competitors' top performers

The creators making $10K+ per month aren't guessing what content to make. They're using their data strategically.

While everyone else is posting random content hoping something sticks, you could be using AI to analyze your analytics and create only what your audience actually wants.

It's not about creating more content. It's about creating the RIGHT content.

πŸŒ† AI Alley

OpenAI is not playing with us ... first it was ChatGPT 5, then Sora 2, now Atlas. As I mentioned earlier, OpenAI now has their own browser ... pretty much coming for Google Chrome's job.

I'm still testing it out and I do have a video coming out on my YouTube channel about it... however, this is going to make your life easier than ever.

  • It's only available on MacOs at the moment though.
  • It has a sidebar/β€œAsk ChatGPT” button attached to any web page so the assistant β€œunderstands” the current webpage/context.
  • Browser memories: optional feature where the browser remembers facts, sites visited, tasks started so ChatGPT can bring that context back.
  • Integrated context & fewer tab switches: Since Atlas knows the webpage you’re on, you don’t always need to copy-paste links into ChatGPT. That saves time and mental load.
  • Task automation via Agent mode: For business workflows (e.g., comparing multiple websites, extracting data, drafting emails), the AI can perform multi-step tasks, which elevates productivity.
  • Competitive edge for business: If a business uses Atlas well, they could gain edge in research speed, trend spotting, and content production.
