π° What's Poppin
I'm still lost for words about what I watched this past weekend. I watched a five-hour class that happened in Streamer University that is making me look completely different from how I do my YouTube channel. Content creator/streamer Ludwig taught me the most, and the one thing that stood out to me was: think of your streams as recording sessions. That's all they are. I had to stop the video.
Now, regardless if you stream or not, this newsletter is going to make you look at repurposing a little bit differently.
Ludwig broke down how one 6-hour stream made him $5,500 in revenue. But he didn't stop there. He uploaded the full live to another channel, then edited certain segments into long-form videos. He did shorts of that same session, and all the content he took and repurposed from that one stream made him $25,000.
That one six-hour stream, five times the return, because he treated the stream as a system, not a moment. We have to stop treating our content as just moments and start measuring what that moment can turn into.
This was just confirmation for me. As you know, I have Content Corner LIVE. For the most part, I go live for three hours, and I may cut up some of that live for shorts. But this has me thinking in a whole new way, and I already started taking what happened on the lives and making it into main videos.
Let's break down this content funnel system:
πΉ Plan three segments, not a script. Before you record anything this week, write down three concrete moments you want to capture: a demo, a reaction, a story. Structure, not lines.
πΉ Record like it's already three pieces of content. Flag the hook moment, the teaching moment, and the close moment as you go. You're not making one video. You're mining one session.
πΉ Cut the first content piece within 48 hours. Ludwig's channel only works because the funnel moved fast while the session was still warm. Set the clock the second you stop recording. (This is something I'm currently working on speeding up)
πΉ Post the short first, not last. The short is your discovery layer; people will watch a short clip before they watch long form, so get them intrigued to watch the long form.
πΉ Check in after 7 days. Did the spike convert to a subscriber, a reply, a community member, etc If not, it was entertainment, not a funnel. Adjust the next three.
Run this on your next session and notice what happens to your output. The creators who last aren't the ones who make the most. They're the ones who waste the least.
I'm going live inside of Lions Behavior tonight for Friday Night Live to break down my whole YouTube process and how I'm applying this exact content funnel in real time. Click here to join Lions Behavior so you don't miss that live

DraftLoop builds your voice into a system that ships for you. One raw idea goes in: threads, scripts, emails, carousels, and graphics come out. No more blank pages.
π AI Alley
Claude's voice mode got a real upgrade yesterday. Anthropic moved it off Haiku-only and onto the actual Opus and Sonnet models, added cross-app automation through Settings > Connectors (Calendar, Canva, email drafting, and more), and picked up 11 languages plus noticeably more natural intonation, on mobile, desktop, and web.
Now, can I be honest? The free plan still gets Haiku and one connected tool only. The upgraded models and full tool access live behind a paid plan, and voice conversations eat into your regular usage limits, same as text does. Worth it? If your best ideas hit you mid-walk as mine do, yes...just don't be surprised when it counts against your cap.
So you already know you have to email me back about your biggest takeaway from this week's Content Corner. Take a screenshot and tag me in your stories (or Threads/Substack) so I know you liked this week's content. If not, I'll see you next Friday. Same time, same corner.
I'll Holla,
Nicky S
