This week:
π What a year of your AI conversations is actually worth, and why you've never asked for it back
π The Leverage Audit: the 5-prompt sequence that turns your chat history into an owned newsletter and a Q3 money plan
π AI Alley: the model built to run this whole system for you, step by step
and more... lets go!
π° What's Poppin.
Think about how much you've actually told AI this year.
Every video idea you talked through before you had the guts to film it. Every caption you drafted and redrafted. Every 2 am voice memo you transcribed because you couldn't sleep on the idea. Every "Does this make sense?" you asked it before you asked anybody else.
We hand AI everything. And most of the time, we take the answer, copy-paste it somewhere, and move on.
I had to ask this question: If we're already giving it this much of ourselves, how do we get something back that we actually own?
Here's what most creators get wrong: they think the block is "I don't know what to make." It's not.
The block is that everything you have already made is scattered across a hundred chat threads instead of sitting somewhere you can use it. AI has been watching the whole time. It knows your repeated themes better than you do, because you've never sat down and asked it to hand them back. That's the leverage. Not "AI makes content for you." AI mirrors back the patterns that are already yours.
And here's why it matters going into Q3: everything you post on a platform is rented. The algorithm decides who sees it, and that can change overnight. An email list is the one audience asset nobody can take from you, deprioritize, or shadowban. So the goal of this isn't "get better at prompting." It's turning a year of scattered AI conversations into a list you own and a way to make money off it.
The Leverage Audit
πΉ Audit everything youβve put into your AI. Youβre not asking it to be creative, youβre asking it to be honest. It pulls your 5 most repeated themes, your signature frameworks, the one audience problem you keep circling, and the ideas you mentioned once and never built. This step alone will humble you.
πΉ Name the thing you own. Turn the audit into an actual container: a newsletter concept with a real promise, a specific reader, a cadence you can sustain, and a content pillar map so youβre never staring at a blank page.
πΉ Fill the first month for free. Paste in one thing you already made and it becomes a welcome email plus your first four issues. You didnβt create anything new. You changed the format of work you already did.
πΉ Move your audience off rented land. Soft CTAs, a pinned-comment script, a short sequence explaining why youβre building a list, written so it feels like an invitation instead of a pitch.
πΉ Turn the list into income. Three realistic ways to monetize it in the next 90 days, ranked from fastest-to-launch to highest-ceiling, so youβre not left with a nice newsletter and no plan.
One honest note before you run these: the first thing AI hands back, the first title, the first newsletter name, is trash about 9 times out of 10. Donβt take round one at face value. Talk back to it. Push it. Edit it into your voice. The raw material is real. The polish is on you.

You don't need 100,000 followers for this to work. You need a few hundred people who trust you and one thing worth paying for. You've already given AI a year of your best thinking. This week, ask for some of it back.
π AI Alley
Anthropic just brought Claude Fable 5 back online after a brief pause. It's worth a look if you're serious about building the system we just talked about instead of running one prompt at a time.
Fable 5 is built for long, multi-step work. Point it at your whole content backlog, including transcripts, old captions, and brand voice notes, and it can plan across stages instead of losing the thread after one message. Instead of running the leverage audit prompts one at a time, you could hand Fable 5 the whole sequence and let it work through it like a project, checking its output as it goes
Now, warning: it's pricier than the models you're probably used to, and we only have limited time till July 7th, so run it up this whole July 4th weekend.
I'm already building out a website on it, and I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty fire. Have you tried Fable 5 yet?
So you already know you have to email me back about your biggest takeaway from this week's Content Corner. Take a screenshot and tag me in your stories (or Threads/Substack) so I know you liked this week's content. If not, I'll see you next Friday. Same time, same corner.
I'll Holla,
Nicky S
