๐ฐ What's Poppin.
Let me be transparent for a moment. I had three videos in a row that got the lowest views I've seen on YouTube in a while. I'm not telling you that because I'm quitting. You know me better than that. I'm telling you because no one talks about how frustrating this actually gets.
So here's a question I sat with this week: When your content stops, is it really a discipline problem?
Every time I've gone quiet, it wasn't because I ran out of ideas. I ran out of energy. Setting up the camera, performing, and editing for me as an introvert are all withdrawals from a small account (aka me). And once it's empty, the posts don't go up.
Other social media gurus will call it lazy. You don't want it enough. I look at it from a different perspective. Eventually, we're going to get close to burnout or already be in burnout when it comes to content. But do you have the right systems when that happens? With AI, the answer is yes.
I've always looked at the AI avatar solution as an option, not to replace me... but to protect my energy. There are days that you're not gonna feel like recording, so what are you gonna do? Not post?
That happened to me this past week, so I tested out using my AI clone using HeyGen, and it was extremely impressive. Look...

Here's the system I built:
Show Up Without Showing Up
๐น Separate the idea from the performance. The thinking is yours and canโt be outsourced. The talking-to-camera can be. Once you split them, a low-energy day only kills one of the two.
๐น Bank your voice while you have it. Clone yourself in HeyGen on a good week. Youโre building a reserve for the bad ones, not waiting until youโre already empty.
๐น Let the clone carry the routine posts. The recurring stuff: updates, a read of your newsletter, community posts...doesnโt need your live energy. Hand it over.
๐น Spend your real energy where it counts. Save the actual you for the video, the story, the conversation that only lands because itโs really you on camera.
Consistency was never about being on every single day. Itโs about building a system that survives the weeks you canโt be. if you want to learn more about how I built my system, I'm doing a workshop tonight inside Lions Behavior that you can watch live or on the replay. What would you still ship next week if showing up didnโt cost you anything?

New image prompt for the week: Picasso meets kawaii
Use the provided reference image as the strict visual rCreate a cute neo-expressionist cubist minimal vector portrait illustration, Picasso meets kawaii minimalism, inspired by stylized fashion editorials and playful modern art. Ultra-simplified exaggerated facial features with oversized abstract eyes, flat cartoon eye shapes, minimal black dots or single curved strokes, no realistic iris details, no eyelashes, extremely reduced facial detail. Tiny abstract nose drawn with one short angular line. Small single-stroke lips, tiny soft geometric mouth shape, minimal expression marks, no realistic mouth anatomy. Rounded cheeks, dreamy innocent expression, playful asymmetrical proportions, elongated elegant neck, simplified geometric facial planes, stylized angular hair shapes, subtle caricature aesthetics, childlike artistic distortion. Use clean scalable vector shapes, flat color blocking, bold primitive contour lines, sharp Bรฉzier curves, abstract polygon composition, minimal linework, naive handmade drawing quality, expressive empty space, icon-like facial abstraction, no realistic rendering, 2D primitive facial symbols. Add subtle oil pastel grain overlays, rough handmade brush accents, raw scribbled handwritten marks, visible pigment texture, silkscreen poster feeling. Vibrant limited color palette against deep matte black background. Luxury editorial gallery poster composition, contemporary fashion illustration, artsy modern cubist poster, stylish and adorable, premium print-ready vector artwork.
